- Civil Engineer (PMP Certified) having minimum 20

Key requirements:
- Management of the assigned projects in co-
ordination with the engineers & consultants. Review
regularly project rollout plan and take corrective

- Management of Tender process, pre-qualification,
selection of vendors and contractors
- Prepare tender evaluation report & prepare
recommendation for final approval from direct
supervisor and concerned committees.
- Prepare for and conduct pre-qualification
meetings and handover to the Management Team.
- Attend all senior management follow-up progress
meetings & co-ordination meetings.
- Preparation of project budgets and monthly
budgets status reports in conjunction with the Q.S
Manager
- Preparation of monthly progress reports for
review and approval
- Provide support to the Management Team during the
construction phase of the project with prime
contract issues.
- Provide support to client operations during the
project closeout and warranty periods
- Ensure procurement team requests competitive
offers for materials and negotiates better price
and payment terms. Prepare weekly / monthly needed
materials forecast as per the project
implementation plan and communicate it with the
Procurement and Finance departments.
- Fine tune the existing quality management plans
or prepare a new one as per the project specific
requirements.
- Evaluate regularly the probable risks in the
project along with the project team and estimate
the cost, or customer relation impact of such
risks. Suggest precaution actions to be taken to
prevent or minimize the effect of such risks.
