manufacturing plants knowledge of erection ,welding
,mechanical dismantling and assembly understanding
plant operation and preventive maintenance would be
key elements of the job preferably from cement
/crusher/ready mix/ block making industry age 35-

7 OFFICE BOY CUM CLEANER – He shall be responsible
for cleaning office area/washroom ,camps, vehicles
etc He should be well trained in making tea /coffee
filing etc
8 FACTORY WORKERS –T hey should be able to work
inside the mechanized plant and should be
experienced in working in manufacturing plants,
carry out physical work and operations on machines.
The ideal candidates should be 25-35 years of age
ITI holder capable of working indoor outdoor
mechanized points. They should be having work
experience in any manufacturing set up.
9 PLANT MAINTENANCE FOREMAN-Preferably Mechanical
diploma /ITI trained experienced formen to assist
in running concrete products manufacturing plants
knowledge of erection. welding mechanical
dismantling and assembly. Understanding plant
operation and preventive maintenance would be key
elements of the job preferably from cement
/crusher/ready mix /block making industry.age-35-45

10 HEAVY DUTY DRIVERS- I deally the candidate’s age
should be between 35-45 years and should have 10-15
years of experience as Heavy Duty Driver .The
incumbent should be capable of driving Man .Volvo,
scania prime movers along with 40ft trailers.
Preferably with block crane operators. The heavy
duty drivers should be essentially, non-drinkers
,non-smokers, good personal habits strong body and
holding valid proper electronic oman driving
license
11 HAS OFFICE- The candidate shall be responsible
for independently handing of health, safety and
environmental issues arising in the manufacturing
plant.He shall continuously review, improve and
maintain all records , documents ,etc. towards
company’s objectives, targets and policies. He
shall review in the plant complex any occupational
, health, safety and environmental hazards and will
proactively communicate and control to maintain
hazard free environment.
The candidates should possess excellent leadership
and interpersonal skills .Gulf experience would be
an advantage preferred age 35-40 years
