Our client, a Middle East bank based in Qatar, is looking for a Head of International Retail Products. The ideal candidate who reports to the General Manager of the International Business Division (IBD) has to plan and coordinate all retail marketing campaigns and activities with the retail business heads in each country.



Responsibilities:


• Compile and present periodic MIS reports to the IBD Business Managers.
• Analyze portfolio behavior and trends to formulate retention and growth strategy.
• Develop new products and enhance existing products to cater to focused customer bases.
• Develop competitive schemes to achieve the agreed budget, sales and revenue targets for retail products.

The ideal candidate reports to the General Manager of Infrastructure Services and directly supervises the Heads of Operations Control & Quality Assurance, Policies & Procedures, Business & User Support and Operations Metrics.



Responsibilities:


• Ensure the timely and accurate development of policies and procedures and their subsequent amendment across the group’s entities.
• Oversee operations control encompassing central reconciliations and quality assurance functions/activities across the departments/units within the bank.
• Overall management of the process of collating operational metrics data and report preparations and coordinate with Senior Management to develop required operational metrics and reporting requirements.
