well qualified, hands on experienced people with a dynamicand positive approach towards resolving problems arising from contractual & operational issues for their ‘New Doha International Airport’ project and others.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MEP)
· Able to prepare monthly valuation submittals, identify, develop and process technical/monetary variations from drawings and contractual correspondence and documentation and prepare contractual claims.
· Must be graduate with extensive MEP background, 10 yrs
min. experience (5 years in the GCC region) and good working knowledge of FIDIC, JCT and/or others as well as Primavera application to contractual issues.
DRAUGHT OFFICE MANAGER (MEP)
· Able to prepare construction MEP drawings from 90% designs, develop working details and sections, identify changes by overlays from design drawings through construction drawings to as-built drawings and integrate equipment details into drawings.
Close coordination with the QS department in preparation of cost variations through AutoCAD for identification of addition/omission from contract documents is essential.
· Must be a graduate with extensive MEP background, good knowledge of MEP installations, excellent working knowledge of the latest AutoCAD and 3D software, IT proficient and a problems solver (working knowledge of Primavera is an advantage)
. Must be able to guide and manage a small
team of CAD operators.
